In 1980, Gilles and R\u00e9gis left the village cooperative to become R\u00e9coltant-Manipulant. They needed to find a place to produce their champagne, and it was clear they would build the underground cellars on the old 18th-century family farm.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n
