This cuv\u00e9e is crafted from two ancestral plots located just a short walk from the estate.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The beautifully ripe grapes were macerated for a few hours to give this Champagne its final colour.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Champagne made from the 3 Champagne grape varieties<\/p>\n

Pinot Meunier:<\/strong>
\n70%, brings freshness and lightness to the Champagne. Its bouquet is intense and fruity. This variety adds roundness in the blends. It develops more quickly than the other two.<\/p>\n

Pinot Noir:<\/strong>
\n20%, brings complexity, vinosity, structure, backbone and red-berry aromas.<\/p>\n

Chardonnay:<\/strong>
\n10%, the only white variety, adds elegance and finesse and gives the wine citrus notes.<\/p>\n

Colour, appearance:<\/strong>
\nwith its fine bubbles and salmon-pink, almost coppery hue, this cuv\u00e9e leads to a nose of candied and spicy red fruits (redcurrant, strawberry, raspberry).<\/p>\n

Palate:<\/strong>
\nexpresses the unmistakable liveliness of a ros\u00e9 de saign\u00e9e. Undergrowth, red-fruit and black-cherry aromas.<\/p>\n
