Shipping and returns
Shipping your parcel
Parcels are generally shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment. Delivery by DPD or La Poste up to 12 bottles and by Geodis transport from 13 bottles onward.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage. Preparation fees are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the parcel. We recommend grouping all your bottles in a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping fees apply to each one.
Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with Champagne bottles. Box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
