In the Heart of Champagne
Tradition
The Mathelin estate is located a few kilometers from Epernay, in the small village of Cerseuil. For 9 generations, our family has cultivated its vines exclusively on the hillsides of the Flagot valley.
These privileged conditions give full meaning to the word "terroir" and offer such singularity to our champagnes.
Today, Cédric and Aurélien manage the 13.5-hectare estate, which brings together the 3 main Champagne grape varieties (Meunier, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir).
Authenticity
The complete production of our wines is carried out at the family property. In order to achieve impeccable quality, we strive to vinify our cuvées by drawing on new techniques while respecting traditional Champagne methods.
