High environmental value

H.V.E certification since 2014 (level 3)

Since 2014, the estate has been certified High Environmental Value (H.V.E) level 3.These expensive measures consist of:

- minimizing the use of fertilizers and pesticides, but this involves taking risks

- permanently grassing the vineyards, but that reduces yields

- collecting rainwater and wastewater, which requires large investments

- introducing biodiversity: hedges, trees, low walls, and shelters for animals, which is very time-consuming

- to use our motorized equipment as less as possible in order to reduce pollution and favor manual labor, but that comes a higher cost

- to use lightweight bottles and recycled materials (boxes, bottle packaging).

100 % Traceability

We only sell our own harvest, ensuring 100% traceability of our production.

All of our wines are produced on site at the family estate (wine press, vat room, cellar).

Environmental awareness

We do everything in our ability to reduce our impact on the planet.

Every decision is carefully considered to have the least effect on nature.
