Terre de Tradition Brut Champagne

Champagne made from the 3 Champagne grape varieties

Pinot Meunier:
60%, gives the Champagne freshness and lightness. Its bouquet is intense and fruity. This grape adds roundness in the blends. It develops more quickly than the other two.

Pinot Noir:
20%, adds complexity, vinosity, structure, backbone and red-fruit aromas.

Chardonnay:
20%, the only white grape variety, brings elegance and finesse and gives the wine citrus notes.

Colour: pale gold, subtly amber.
Appearance: sparkling, generous bubbles with a fine bead.
Nose: fruity, evoking apple and plum flesh.
Palate: these same aromas unfold on a lively, fruity palate, wrapped in a sensation of softness.

Food pairing: classically as an aperitif. Also pairs with pâté en croûte, savoury petits fours. Poultry and white meats. Perfect with Comté, Gruyère and bloomy-rind cheeses.

Serving temperature: 7°C (ideal). Enjoy well chilled as an aperitif.

Aged in our cellars: minimum 2 years

Dosage: 8 g/L
