Perpetual Extra Brut Champagne
Champagne made from the 3 Champagne grape varieties
Pinot Meunier (60%):
brings freshness and lightness to the Champagne. Its bouquet is intense and fruity. This grape adds roundness in blends. It evolves faster than the other two.
Pinot Noir (20%):
brings complexity, vinosity, structure, backbone, and red-fruit aromas.
Chardonnay (20%):
the only white grape variety, brings elegance and finesse, and gives the wine citrus notes.
Appearance: the bubbles rise in a straight line through a bright golden hue.
Nose: a range of dried-fruit aromas, peach-pear.
Palate: a lively wine with an airy structure with a slight brioche note.
Food pairing: the ideal companion for aperitif, charcuterie, sushi, or oysters and shellfish.
This cuvée is offered after ageing in our cellars for at least 36 months.
