Rose de Vigne Brut Vintage Champagne (rosé de saignée)

Champagne made from the 3 Champagne grape varieties

Pinot Meunier:
70%, brings freshness and lightness to the Champagne. Its bouquet is intense and fruity. This variety adds roundness in the blends. It develops more quickly than the other two.

Pinot Noir:
20%, brings complexity, vinosity, structure, backbone and red-berry aromas.

Chardonnay:
10%, the only white variety, adds elegance and finesse and gives the wine citrus notes.

Colour, appearance:
with its fine bubbles and salmon-pink, almost coppery hue, this cuvée leads to a nose of candied and spicy red fruits (redcurrant, strawberry, raspberry).

Palate:
expresses the unmistakable liveliness of a rosé de saignée. Undergrowth, red-fruit and black-cherry aromas.

Food pairing: Aperitif, summer barbecue. Perfect with smoked salmon or a red-berry dessert.

Serving temperature: between 7 and 8°C (ideal)

Rosé de saignée obtained by a short maceration of the musts before fermentation.

Dosage: 8 g/L
