Champagne Cœur de Meunier Millésime

This “Blanc de Noirs” champagne, 100% Pinot Meunier, is crafted from a selection of the finest juices from our oldest vines (Pinot Meunier planted in 1933).

This cuvée is the first offering in our new “Premium” range.

Its intense flavor and fine bubbles will delight connoisseurs and novices alike.

Pinot Meunier brings freshness and lightness to the champagne.

Appearance:
the color is old gold yellow with a luminous brilliance. The collar of foam is fine and persistent.

Nose:
an elegant and fruity first nose with aromas of apple and pear. When aerated, presence of sweet spices and white pepper. The maturity of this cuvée brings beautiful complexity with notes of figs and candied fruits. On the finish, a touch of orange blossom emerges.

Palate:
the attack on the palate is lively, powerful and fruity. The structure is balanced with a gourmet finish. Beautiful presence on the finish.

Food pairing: enhances characterful dishes (terrines, charcuterie, game and poultry).

Aging in our cellars: 4 years minimum.
