Harvest from our oldest parcels (pinot meunier planted in 1933 – chardonnay planted in 1960)
A single-vintage cuvée that will delight lovers of great wines.
Chardonnay: 50%
Characterized by floral, citrus notes, sometimes mineral with great delicacy.
Pinot meunier: 50%
Brings freshness and lightness to the champagne. The bouquet is intense and fruity. This grape variety adds roundness during blending.
Appearance: brilliant gold with silver highlights.
Mousse: fine and persistent.
Nose: rich and harmonious with notes of yellow fruits.
Palate: balanced aromas (fruity and floral), the finish is delicate with a subtle fruity note.
Food pairing: to be enjoyed as an aperitif or with a gourmet meal.
Serving temperature: 14° C.
Aging in our cellars: 4 years minimum.
Bottled in February 2020 (tirage).
Dosage: Extra Brut
