A single-varietal cuvée that will delight lovers of great wines.
Chardonnay: 100%
Characterised by floral and citrus notes, sometimes mineral, with great delicacy.
Colour: pale gold.
Appearance: fine, persistent bubbles.
Nose: delicately scented with notes of summer fruits.
Palate: lively, fresh and powerful attack. Citrus and fresh bread aromas reveal great purity.
Food pairing: enjoy as a dinner aperitif, with scallops or cooked fish, and lemon meringue pie for dessert.
Serving temperature: 14°C.
Aged in our cellars: 4 years minimum.
