The feminine spirit of this cuvée emanates from Coralie Mathelin, who inspired its unique creation.
Characteristic: Œil de Perdrix with a short maceration during harvest (1 night).
Its coppery hue and honey notes will bring surprise and wonder to your special moments.
Blend: 70% Pinot Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir, 10% Chardonnay.
Food pairing: as an aperitif or with refined dishes, or simply as a dessert with fresh fruit.
Aging in our cellars: 3 years minimum
