Nuit étoilée

Champagne extra brut created with the three grape varieties of the Champagne region

Chardonnay: 40%.
The only white grape of the three, it brings elegance and finesse, and gives the wine citrus notes.

Pinot Meunier: 40%.
This provides Champagne with both freshness and lightness. Their bouquet is intense and fruity. This variety gives the framework for the assemblies. It moves faster than the other two.

Pinot Noir: 20%.
This variety brings complexity, vinosity, structure and roundness.

Robe: light gold, cristal.

Appearance: smooth, small bubbles with a light cordon.

Nose: net, which opens with fruity citrus.

Mouth: a very balanced wine, with a sharp attack and a fresh purpose.

Recommendations: ideal as an apéritif. Aromatic and fresh, saline purpose, it highlights seafood, crustaceans and all cooking with fish. It is also perfectly in line with Japanese cuisine. Same comment with Scandinavian cuisine.

Serving temperature: between 7° and 8° C (ideal).

Blending: 2013/2014.
