Champagne Perle de Chardonnay Vintage

Champagne "blanc de blancs"

Harvested from our oldest plots (Chardonnay planted in 1933).
Premium range: Cuvée with only one grape variety that will delight great wines lovers.

Chardonnay: 100%
Characterised by floral and citrus notes, sometimes mineral with great delicately.

Robe: Pale golden with light green reflections.

Appearance: Fine and persistent bubbles.

Nose: Delicately perfumed with summer fruits notes.

Mouth: Lively, velvety and powerful attack. Citrus and fresh bread flavours revealing a great purity.

Culinary blend: Enjoy as an evening aperitif, with Saint-Jacques scallops or cooked fish, and lemon meringue pie for dessert.

Consumption temperature: 14° C.

Aging in our cellars: 4 years minimum.
Bottling in February 2017 (tirage).


Dosage : 0 g/l.

Limited Edition.
