Champagne Rose de vigne brut - vintage 2019
Champagne created with the three grape varieties of the Champagne region
Pinot Meunier: 70%.
This provides Champagne with both freshness and lightness. Notable for a bouquet that's intense and full of fruit, Pinot Meunier brings a fullness to blendings. It matures more rapidly than the other two varieties.
Pinot Noir: 20%.
This variety brings complexity, vinosity, structure and aromas of red fruit.
Chardonnay: 10%.
The only white grape of the three, it contributes elegance and finesse, while adding citrus notes.
Rosé de saignée is obtained by a short maceration before fermentation of the must from Meunier grape variety.
Robe: delicate pink.
Appearance: smooth, small bubbles with a light cordon.
Nose: subtle, with raspberry fruit.
Mouth: prints the obvious vivacity of a bleeding rosé.
Recommendations: ideal as an aperitif, summer barbecue party. Perfect with smoked-salmon or dessert with red fruit.
Serving temperature: between 7° and 8° C (ideal).
This cuvée is available after maturing in our cellars for a minimum of 36 months.
Harvest (picked 2019) - Tirage (bottled 02/2020).
