Pinot meunier : 100%
Gives to the champagne freshness and lightness. The bouquet is intense and fruity. This grape variety bring roundness to blending.

Robe : Golden yellow
Appearance : Fine and persistent bubbles.
Nose : elegant with very ripe cherries and plums aromas.
Mouth : lively and powerful attack on the palate. The structure is balanced with a gourmand finish.

Culinary blend : Enjoy as an aperitif dinner. This great wine is to be privileged with gourmet meal.

Consumption temperature : 14° C.

Aging in our cellars for 4 years minimum.

Harvest : vintage 2018
