Champagne brut tradition
Champagne created with the three grape varieties of the Champagne region
Pinot Meunier: 60%.
This provides Champagne with both freshness and lightness. Notable for a bouquet that's intense and full of fruit, Pinot Meunier brings a fullness to blendings. It develops more rapidly than the other two varieties.
Pinot Noir: 20%.
This variety brings complexity, vinosity, structure and aromas of red fruit.
Chardonnay: 20%.
The only white grape of the three, it contributes elegance and finesse, while adding citrus notes.
Robe: golden yellow.
Appearance: sparkling, generous bubbles with a refined cordon.
Nose: notes of butter, brioche and stewed fruit.
Mouth: fruity and supple.
Recommendations: ideal as an apéritif. A good match for pâtés in pastry, toast with crab, fowl and white meats. Accompanies compté, gruyère and also such cheeses as brie and camembert.
Serving temperature: 7° C (ideal).
