Champagne L'Orée des chênes brut
Champagne created with the three grape varieties of the Champagne region
45% Chardonnay (aged in oak barrels for 6 months)
The only white grape of the three, it contributes elegance and finesse, while adding citrus notes.
35% Pinot Meunier
This provides Champagne with both freshness and lightness. Notable for a bouquet that's intense and full of fruit, Pinot Meunier brings a fullness to blendings. It develops more rapidly than the other two varieties.
20% Pinot Noir
This variety brings complexity, vinosity, structure and aromas of red fruit.
Robe, appearance, nose and mouth: tasters especially appreciate its fruity and slightly woody aromatic notes
Recommendations: goes well with spicy dishes, white meat, cheese or dark chocolate dessert.
Serving temperature: between 7° and 8° C (ideal).
